This XO sauce is an Italian take on this Hong Kong classic.
A chunky sauce is infused with garlic flavour and Italian ingredients of pancetta, fish and eggplant; it is best used as a sauce for cooking or dipping. Its complex flavour is used to enhance vegetables, fish, mussels, clams and bbq meats.
