Beef Brisket

  1. Preheat oven to 200c

  2. Heat beef with cauliflower and braising juices in oven until a knife inserts easily through the beef (15+ minutes) turning once.

  3. Once beef rib is ready, place parsnip onto the bottom of a plate, followed by the beef rib, then the beef sauce.

  4.  Add mixed herbs to finish.
