Lamb Shoulder

  1. Preheat oven to 200c

  2. Place lamb with lamb sauce on to an oven proof dish, preferably deep

  3. Heat in oven, turning lamb every 10 minutes until hot in the centre (25-30 mins)

  4. Place braised greens into a pan and heat until hot

  5. Take lamb from oven and check the temperature from the thickest part. If heated through, remove from oven and onto a round dish (plate / bowl)

  6. Add greens to the bottom / side of the lamb & pour over the sauce. Garnish with chimichurri.

This meal can be frozen.
Freeze immediately, consume within 3 weeks.
