Pasta Gorgonzola

  1. Cook all pasta for 2-3 mins or until desired texture with a pinch of salt

  2. Simmer cheese sauce in a pan on medium heat

  3. Place cooked pasta into pan and toss to combine 

  4. Add walnuts, onion & radicchio

  5. Taste for seasoning

This meal can be frozen.
Freeze immediately, consume within 3 weeks.
